Chemical engineering is a branch of engineering that uses principles of chemistry, physics, mathematics, biology, and economics to efficiently use, produce, design, transport and transform energy and materials. The work of chemical engineers can range from the utilization of nano-technology and nano-materials in the laboratory to large-scale industrial processes that convert chemicals, raw materials, living cells, microorganisms, and energy into useful forms and products.
Candidates who have passed Intermediate (12th) with PCM from a recognized board.
Diploma holders (10+3) of recognized university with at least two years’ post qualification work experience required.
The Program Duration for Bachelor in Engineering will be Four Years comprising of Eight Semesters, Students may choose to take breaks in between subjects/parts. However, they are expected to follow a normative period of Seven years i.e. Students will have to complete the program within Seven years from session start date.
